Charlotte Mann, age 80, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (August 15, 2009) at Golden Living Center - Golden Rule. She was born in Richmond on October 15, 1928 to Gordon and Clara Belle Austin Smith and had lived here all of her life. She was an active member of First Church of the Nazarene. Her husband, James Robert Mann, died November 2, 1986. Survivors include sisters - Joann Corman, Margaret Uhl, Betty Harter and Phyllis Richmond all of Richmond; brother - Bob Smith of Dixon, Missouri; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, 3 sisters - Elizabeth Smith, Dorothy Juett, Beverly Wilson, and 5 brothers - Cecil Smith, Herbert Smith, Charles Smith, William Smith and Stacey Eugene Smith are also deceased Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday (August 20, 2009) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Stephen Richmond and Pastor Mike Rhodabarger will officiate. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
