Cheryl Toschlog, age 80 died suddenly on Tuesday December 2, 2025, at her home. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on October 3, 1945, to Charles Berhalter and Olive Hall Berhalter. Cheryl was married to Donald E. Toschlog for 41 years until his passing in 2003, together they had owned and operated several businesses. Cheryl, Donald and Mark lived in Germany then moved to Florida in 1972 before moving back to this area in 1985. She was a bookkeeper for most of her life but also spent time working as a dispatcher for 911 in Florida. Cheryl was a loving, warm-hearted, generous person who would help anyone in need, she loved animals and will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory are grandchildren Mark (Mikayla) Toschlog, Eric (Kourtnee) Toschlog, Michael (Andrea) Simpson and Harley (Brandon) Hine; great grandchildren Elianna, Rayden, Gabriella, Caroline, Beckett, Aubrey and Mason; Cheryl's Earth Angels- Melissa Toschlog, Jill Powell, Jack Toschlog and Elaine Hamm; special cousins Jeff Hughes, Leeann Lusby and Jan Smith; siblings Steve Berhalter and Doug Berhalter and special friend Ginger Walker. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Donald and son Mark Toschlog.
