Clara A. Rodal, age 86, of Richmond, died peacefully on Saturday morning (April 27, 2013) at Reid Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Richmond on March 12, 1927 to Howard J. and Mary Lahrman Elstro and had lived here most of her life. She was a 1945 graduate of Richmond High School. Clara was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She was a long-time member of the Opportunity Homemaker Club.   Survivors include her husband, Richard Rodal, with whom she would have celebrated 65 years of marriage in July of this year; four sons, Mike (Grace Ann) Rodal of Richmond, Dennis (Betty Renee') Rodal of Sunrise, Florida, Stanley (Mary Beth) Rodal of Sheffield Village, Ohio, Christopher Rodal of Richmond; brother, Howard J. "Jack" Elstro of Richmond, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, a great grandson, Nathan O'Maley, her daughter-in-law, Jacquie Rodal and three brothers, Robert, Richard, and Ralph Elstro.   Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday (May 1, 2013) in Saint Andrew Church. Burial will follow the service at Earlham Cemetery.
