Clarence W. "Jerry" Foreman, age 82, of Richmond died Monday morning (August 28, 2006)� at his residence.� He was born in Richmond on December 12, 1923 to Clarence and Elizabeth Knollenberg Foreman and had lived here all of his life.� He was a graduate of Richmond High School and served with the US Army during World War II with the 27th AAA Division.� He was a retired officer for the Richmond Police Department where he obtained the ranks of Sergeant and then Captain.� He had also served in the Detective Division.� Jerry retired a second time after working 20 years for the former Second National Bank (now US Bank).� He was a member of the John Hennigar Lodge #63 of the FOP.� His first wife, Lillian Peters Foreman, died in 1962.� His second wife, Nancy J. Chiles Foreman, died in 1994.

Great Grandchildren - Mathew, Katie, Mitchell, Mickey, Nick, Katelyn, Andrew and Rylee.

A sister, Charlene Walters, and two brothers, Richard and David Foreman, are also deceased.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday (September 1, 2006) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Billy Watson will officiate.� Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery (Centerville).� Friends may call on Thursday (August 31, 2006) from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.�
