Clayton D. Whitehead, age 49, formerly of Richmond, died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning (December 15, 2009) near Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in Richmond on November 20, 1960 to Raymond and Margaret Moore Whitehead. Clayton had lived in Georgia for the past two years. He was an employee of Jack Hood Trucking. Survivors include his brother - Lester (Diane) Whitehead of Richmond. A public visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday (December 22, 2009) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
