Cynthia Breeden of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 1, 2026 at the age of 66.

A funeral service for Cynthia will be held on Saturday September 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Prior to the service, visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM the same day at the mortuary. Following the funeral service, Cynthia will be laid to rest in Cherry Grove Cemetery, Lynn, Indiana.
