Cynthia "Cindy" DeLucio, age 72 of Richmond, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025 while surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on December 2, 1952 to Robert Hollandbach and Jean (Haselwander) Winkler and had lived in the area all her life. Cindy graduated from National Trail High School in 1971 and was married to the love of her life, Paul Thomas "Tom" DeLucio on March 23, 1974 in St. Andrew Catholic Church. She worked for many years as a paraprofessional at Richmond High School in the life skills program. Cindy enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching and had a love for her cats. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 51 years Paul Thomas "Tom" DeLucio; children Amber (Wade) Hill, Beth (Scott) Lahrman, and TJ DeLucio; grandchildren Kaitlynne Grimwood, Trey Cornelison, Amelia Lahrman, Gabe Lahrman and Maddie Lahrman; half-sister Sarah Coffey; several cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Cindy is preceded in death by her children Jason DeLucio and Kimberly DeLucio.
Pastor Allen Henderson will officiate services for Cindy at 10:30a.m. on Saturday October 18, 2025 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4pm-6pm on Friday October 17, 2025 and from 9:30am-10:30am on Saturday October 18, 2025 at the funeral home.
