Dale T. Stevens, age 82, of Richmond, died Friday evening (November 11, 2005) at his residence. He was born in Camden, Ohio on July 14, 1923 to Russell and Frieda Tuttley Stevens and had lived in this area most of his life. He was a Army Air Corp veteran of World War II and a retired employee of Parker-Hannifin (Eaton, Ohio). He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include - Wife - Violet Stevens, with whom he would have celebrated 62 years of marriage in January 2006.
Daughter - Carol Kennedy of Richmond
Sons - Phillip Stevens of Leesburg, Indiana
Michael Stevens of Bloomington, Indiana
Brother - James Stevens of Eaton, Ohio
Sister - Betty Bourne of Eaton, Ohio

A daughter, Sandra Marie Stevens, died September 14, 1991. A brother, Warren Stevens, is also deceased.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday (November 15, 2005) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. John Hollis will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by the Wayne County Veterans Council. Friends may call on Tuesday (November 15, 2005) from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
