Dale E. Winters, age 76, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (March 6, 2012) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Wayne County of June 17, 1935 to Harry A. "Al" and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Winters and had lived here all of his life. He attended Kitchel school and served in the Indiana National Guard. He worked in construction but his favorite times were the hours he spent on horseback and camping with family and friends. Survivors include his wife of 53 years - Anita Winters; son - David Winters of Richmond; grandson - David (Alicia Smith) Winters, Jr. of Richmond. In addition to his parents, a sister, Barbara Crowder Blanton, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (March 10, 2012) in Riggle ��" Waltermann Mortuary.
