Debra Kay Garner's Obituary
Debra Kay Garner, age 59, of Richmond passed away Friday November 19, 2021 at Reid Health. She was born in Marion, Indiana on January 26, 1962 to Charles Edward Cowgill and Linda Darnell Hosier. Debra was a loving wife to her husband Chester, she enjoyed watching football and Broadway musicals.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Chester Denny Lee Garner; daughter Jaime Garner; siblings Brian Cowgill, Lisa (Mike) Spencer, and Carolyn Daliendo; best friend Kris Johnson; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Linda and brother Danny "Pete" Cowgill.
No public services will be held at this time. The family has asked that donations be made in Debra's name to WWW.RAINN.ORG .
