Debra Ann Morgan, age 59 of Richmond passed away peacefully on Monday January 13, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 5, 1965, in Tomahawk, WI to James E. Morgan and Nancy L. Vallier Morgan. Debra was a survivor, fighting her way through addiction and coming out on the other side a better person, loving and trusting her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through it all. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters, collecting Native American pieces, listening to music, going to concerts, shopping, and playing candy crush.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Amanda L. Morgan, Jacob L. Cook, Ashley N. Cook, Jesse D. Cook and James Harley Cook; sisters Kim (Dane) Schmidt, Kelly Parker and Rebecca (Brian) Gray; grandchildren Aubriella, Beau, Sammy, Paisleigh and Everleigh; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Debra is preceded in death by her parents James and Nancy Morgan.
