Della M. Napier, age 85, of Richmond, died Monday morning (January 31, 2011) at her residence. She was born in Manchester, Kentucky on November 19, 1925 to A.C. and Amanda Geer Howard and had lived here most of here life. She was a seamstress and had worked for Adam H Bartel Company and for Nettle Creek Industries. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Her husband, Clyde Napier, died June 10, 1966 Survivors include her children - Daryl (Kay) Napier of Williamsburg; Brenda (Troy) Fackson of Richmond, Dean (Shondia) Napier of Richmond; brothers - Robert Earl Howard, Homer Estill Howard, William Franklin Howard; grandchildren - Rob Napier, Christy Rose, Jennifer Service, Martin Napier, Tammy Napier, James Napier, Daryl Shawn Napier, David Napier, Dana Gilbert, Stephen Napier, Annie Eastes; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; nieces and nephews In addition to her parents and husband, three sisters - Ida Mae Napier, Bertha Cleo Dorton, Hazel Marie Long, are also deceased Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday (February 4, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
