Delores Joan Doerflein, age 72, of Richmond, died Monday morning (June 16, 2008) at Reid Hospital.� She was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 11, 1936 to William and Elizabeth Lillian Reilly Dargie and had lived here most of her life.� She was a graduate of Richmond High School and had worked for Richmond Community Schools.� She was a avid camper and greatly enjoyed fishing.�Survivors include her husband of 51 years - Gerald "Jerry" Doerflein;� sons - David (Jenny) Doerflein, Jeff (Becky) Doerflein, Kenny (Linda) Doerflein all of Richmond;� daughter - Terri (Joe) Cox of Richmond;� brother - Robert (Sandy) Dargie of Richmond;� sisters - Lillian "Lolly" Richardson, Kitty Fitzgibbons and Audrey (Bob) Hoffenbacher all of Richmond; sister-in-law - Jan Dargie of Richmond;� 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews�In addition to her parents, a brother, William Dargie, is also deceased.�Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday (June 19, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.�� Friends may call on Wednesday (June 18, 2008) from 5:00 pm� to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.� Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 115 West Washington St. Suite 1180 S, Indianapolis, IN 46204���� www.riggle-waltermann.com
