Derek Luis Velazquez's Obituary
Derek Luis Velazquez, infant son of Crystal Johnson and Manuel Velazques of Richmond, died at birth on Friday (December 7, 2012) at Saint Vincent Women's Hospital in Indianapolis. "This child rests in the arms of God"…Mommy and Daddy love you always and forever. A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Friday (December 21, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Ricardo Scarfullery will officiate.
