Diana "Diane" K. Prifogle, age 63, of Richmond passed away Wednesday (September 13, 2017) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on July 24, 1954 to John and Jacqueline "Jackie" Higgins (Swaim). Diane was a nurse and spent the majority of her career taking care of the elderly. She worked for Dr. John Clarkson for many years before retiring. She had an amazing sense of humor and loved to laugh. She was usually the life of the party. Diane loved spending time with family. Family gatherings always included laughter and sometimes a good game of euchre. She loved flowers, working in the yard/gardening, being outdoors, feeding the birds outside her home and smoking on the patio or in the garage at night.

Left to cherish her memory are husband Gary Prifogle; children Savonna (Jason Sorrell), Travis (Julie) VanWinkle, Kristy (Corey) Curtis, Mark (Lauren) Prifogle and Brian Prifogle; grandchildren Shelby, Kaelynn, Grant, Sydney, Blake, Finley, Porter, Breegan and Jude; sister Sheri (Scott) Williams and nieces Cora and Cara Williams. Diane is preceded in death by her parents John and Jackie.

Services for Diane will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday (September 20, 2017) at Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will follow in Earlham Cemetery. Pastor John Jones will officiate. Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday (September 19, 2017) at the funeral home.
