Donald Eugene Kelley, age 50, passed away Tuesday (July 30, 2013) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on August 28, 1962 to Marvin and Hazel Kelley and had lived here all his life. Donald was a former cafeteria worker, and most recently was at Beit Chayim Body of Messiah as a custodian and as a servant. Survivors include his brother James Harold (Rita) Kelley, sister Martha Kelley, half brothers Daniel (Loretta) and Steven (Mindy) Kelley, stepsisters Kim (Robin) Olt and Tina (Chad) Otte, stepmom Ann Kelley, nieces and nephews, and special friends at Beit Chayim Body of Messiah. In addition to his parents, a brother Johnny Kelley is also deceased. Services for Donald will be held on Friday (August 2, 2013) at 1:00 p.m. in Riggle-Waltermann mortuary. Pastor Phil Wages will officiate. Burial will be at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Hagerstown. Friends may call on Friday (August 2, 2013) from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
