Donald M. Turner, age 85, of Richmond, died Sunday (November 14, 2004) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on July 30, 1919 to Henderson and Lula Smith Turner and had lived here all of his life. He was a retired employee of Avco and he was a member of the Eagles Lodge. His wife, Velma Turner, died in 1994.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday (November 17, 2004) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Lester Maples will officiate. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery Friends may call on Wednesday (November 17, 2004) from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
