Donna J. Marting Guerin, age 77, of Richmond, died Thursday (November 17, 2005) in Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She was born in Richmond on January 24, 1928 to Carl H. and Mary Klinger Marting and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and had worked for Ted's Floral Center for 26 years. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church and of American Legion Auxiliary Post 65. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, the Circle U Help Center, Richmond Civic Theatre and the Richmond Art Museum. Her husband, Frank Guerin, died in 1989.

Two brothers, Richard Marting and Robert Marting, are also deceased.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday (November 22, 2005) in First English Lutheran Church, 2727 East Main Street (Richmond). Pastor John Walker will officiate. Burial will be in Lutherania Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday (November 21, 20050 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary and one hour prior to the service at the church.
