Donna Jo Ward, age 50, who lived in Boston, Indiana, died Tuesday evening (April 22,2008) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on October 14, 1957 to Donald and Deloris Smittkamp Wood and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and had worked at the former Shawnee Plastics Company. Her mother died on January 3, 2004. Survivors include her husband of 25 years - JR Ward; her father - Donald Wood of Richmond; brothers - David Wood of Indianapolis and Jeffrey Wood of Monrovia, California. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday (April 25, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Paul Register will officiate. Burial will be in Boston Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (April 24, 2008) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
