Doris S. Ross, age 90, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (March 12, 2013) at her residence. She was born in Maple Lake, Minnesota on January 21, 1923 to Emil and Anna Wolfsteller and had lived here most of her life. She was a homemaker and had been a member of the former Second Presbyterian Church. She loved her family and enjoyed wintering in Florida. Her husband, Virgil Ross, died on April 2, 1988. Survivors include her children, Phillip (Wanda Arnold) Ross, Richard (Jocelyn) Ross, David (Karen) Ross, Carol (Sam) Polver all of Richmond, 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She has 10 brothers and sisters, 6 of whom are deceased. A special friend, Durie Blaikie, is also deceased. Services will be private.
