Edith L. Hagerman, age 93, of Richmond, died Friday morning (March 26, 2010) at her residence. She was born in Connersville on December 21, 1916 to George and Grace Lora Anthony. She was a homemaker and had lived in this area most of her life. Survivors include her daughters - Sharon Reed of Richmond, Carolyn (Don) McNeil of Tipp City, Ohio; son - Robert (Peggy) Hagerman of Vandalia, Ohio; sister - Frances Flower of Union City, Ohio; 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, a daughter, Shirley Hay, a sister, Margaret Conklin and two brothers, Oscar Anthony and Lowell Anthony, are also deceased. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Howard Deitsch and his staff and the Reid Hospice staff, especially Jan and Virginia, for their kind and compassionate care. Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday (March 30, 2010) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Matt Buckland will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
