Elmer Noe, age 93, passed away at home on Tuesday April 4, 2023. He was born in Richmond on February 24, 1930 to Thomas J. and Janice Noe. Elmer had lived in the area all his life and had worked as a foreman for RP&L. He was a United States Air Force veteran and a longtime member of First Baptist Church. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Steve Noe and daughter Melissa Branstrator; niece Sandra Petty; grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Elmer is preceded in death by his wife Marilyn, son Eric Noe, one brother, one sister and nephew John.

Services for Elmer will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday April 8, 2023 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, with a visitation from 10:00am – 11:00am. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, Ohio.
