Emma T. Parrett, age 85, of Richmond, died Thursday afternoon (August 23, 2007) at Reid Hospital.� She was born in Rock Castle County, Kentucky on July 6, 1922 to Thomas and Martha Shouse McCracken and had lived in this area most of her life.� She was a homemaker.� Her husband, James Parrett, died in 1979.

Survivors include her sons - Alfred Parrett of Centerville, Paul Parrett of Richmond, Lloyd Parrett of Centerville;� daughters - Jean Wesler Prather of New Albany, Alberta Snowden of Centerville and Babara Ratliff of Centerville;� a sister - Goldie Anderson of Richmond; several grandchildren and great grandchildren;� one great great grandchild;� nieces & nephews

In addition to her parents, 10 brothers and sisters are also deceased.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday (August 27, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Pastor Heath Rickmond will officiate.� Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.� Friends may call on Sunday (August 26, 2007) from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
