On Saturday July 8, 2023 at 6:40 a.m. our sweet Erica Crawley-Hebert was pronounced brain dead from a sudden illness.
During her short time here on earth, she brought into this world two beautiful children, Makayla Hebert, age 13 and Samuel Hebert, age 10, whom she loved with all her being. She was a stay-at-home mom due to Samuel's needs to begin with but then later due to her own illness. She touched so many lives, caring and giving to so many. She will forever be remembered for her kindness and her love for others. She would be proud of the way people have shown up for her children and her family.
After her passing, Erica was able to become an organ donor and she has saved multiple lives through that selfless decision.
Left to cherish her memory are children, Makayla and Samuel Hebert; mother Pamela (Vernon) Sams; father Michael (Mendy) Crawley; siblings Chris Crawley, Brianna Crawley, Bryan Crawley and Sherrie Necessary; nephews Chris W. Crawley and Tommy Linkous; niece Bryanna Waterman; several great nieces and nephews; several uncles and aunts including special aunts Aunt B and Aunt T; special friends Charli & Jason McAdams and grandpa Robert Crawley and many special cousins. Erica is preceded in death by her brothers Shawn Sams and Brandon Crawley; grandparents Larry and Janice Moore; grandma Artha Deena Crawley and grandma Belle.
Services for Erica will be held at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary on Monday July 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., with a visitation from 2-6 p.m. Pastor David Eales will officiate.
