Erma "Fontella" Toney, age 89, of Richmond, died Thursday morning (December 11, 2003) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born in Fort Recovery, Ohio on May 16, 1914 to Simeon and Florence Andrews Bright and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Church. Her husband, Paul Vogelgesang, died in 1968.
Survivors include: Husband - William J. Toney (to whom she was married 25 years)

A prayer service will be held at 9:30 am on Monday (December 15, 2003) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Family Church. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday (December 14, 2003) from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home.
