Ethan Wayne Centers, age 13, of Richmond, Indiana, left this world far too soon on December 20, 2025, due to a tragic car accident. Born on January 30, 2012, Ethan was the beloved son of Anthony Centers and Tiffany Clemens.

Ethan attended Dennis Middle School, where he was known for his kind spirit and infectious laughter. Ethan loved being outside, especially with his friends, he loved playing pranks and making those around him laugh. He enjoyed playing video games and was diligently teaching himself to be a mechanic.

He is survived by his parents Anthony Centers and Tiffany Clemens (Ty Kincaid); brother Lucas David James Benkert; aunts and uncles Cora Centers, Mark Koorsen, Kimmy (Travis) Moses and Nate Clemens (Sarah Miller); grandparents Fredna Centers, Mike (Susie) Clemens and Cheryl Clemens; great-grandparents Kay Brush and JoAnne Greene; several cousins including Maks Koorsen, Casey Clemens, Meisha Clemens and Matthew Frost; and countless friends.

He is preceded in death by his uncle Chris Clemens, grandpa Anthony Centers, great-grandfather Jim Greene, cousin Jeffrey Lambert and his special dog Hero.

Services for Ethan will be held at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary on Friday December 26, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the service in Goshen Cemetery.
