Eugene A. Toney, age 78, of Richmond, died Monday morning (April 10, 2006) at the Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday (April 13, 2006) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.

Rev. Paul Mingus will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery where military graveside

services will be conducted by the Wayne County Veterans Council. Friends may call on
