Fannie G. Philbeck, age 78, of Richmond, died Monday evening (March 10, 2008) at Reid Hospital.� She was born in Richmond on November 22, 1929 to Angelo and Lucy Nufrio Cela and had lived her all of her life.� She had worked as a nurse's aid at Reid Hospital and was a member of Saint Mary Church.� �Survivors include her son - David (Eva) Philbeck of New Paris, Ohio;� brothers - Frank Cela of Xenia, Ohio and Angelo Cela, Jr. of Arkansas;� grandchildren - Jason Philbeck and Amy (Dan) Howard;� great grandchildren - Aaron Philbeck, Michael Howard, Cassia Howard and Jonathon Howard;� nieces and nephews.� She is also survived by her special friends - Thelma, Lawana, Edwina, Mary Jane and Kenny.�In addition to her parents, a brother, Joseph Cela, is also deceased.�Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday (March 15, 2008) in Riggle - Waltemann Mortuary.� Rev. Bill Jackson will officiate.� Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.� Friends may call on Saturday (March 15, 2008) from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.�
