Flo Webb, age 95, formerly of Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday (February 8, 2012) at Reid Hospital. Flo was born in 1916 to Benjamin H. and Emma Swing. She was married to Charles T. Webb who died in 1994. She lived in Arbor Trace in Richmond to live near her youngest daughter, Dixie Miller. A memorial service will be held in Kokomo and will be announced at a later date.
