Florence M. Toschlog, age 85, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning (July 2, 2008) at her residence.� She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio of September 8, 1922 to Charles and Amelia Suttman Theobald and had lived in Richmond since 1939.� She had attended Oldenburg Academy and she was a homemaker.� Florence was affectionately known as "Poopsie" by her family and friends.� She was presented� the Sagamore of the Wabash award by Governor Evan Bayh for her long time political service.,� She was a member of Saint Andrew Church.� Her husband, Clarence Toschlog, died on September 3, 2000.�
Survivors include her daughters - Sally Hutton, Jill Powell, Melissa Toschlog, and Elaine Hamm all of Richmond;� sons - Jack Toschlog and Steve Toschlog both of Richmond;� brother - James Theobald of Greendale, Indiana;� sister - Mable� Putt of Cincinnati;� 11 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren; daughter-in-law - Cheryl Toschlog;� sisters-in-law - Shirley Lorenz and Lucille Toschlog;� nieces and nephews.�
He son, Donald E. Toschlog, died on January 6, 2003.� In addition to her parents, a brother, Charles Theobald, and sister, Jean Clare, are also deceased.�
