Francis F. "Frank" Frazer, age 70, of Richmond, died Saturday (March 31, 2007) at Reid Hospital.� He was born in Richmond on December 31, 2007 to Ernest and Lola Setser Frazer and had lived here all of his life.� He was a graduate of Richmond High School and was the owner/operator of the former The Old Bicycle Shop.� Frank had a keen interest in art and was particularly interested in painting.� He was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church and a former member of the Richmond Art Club

Survivors include his wife of twelve years - Janet Napier Frazer;
Sons - Steven Frazer of Indianapolis and Charles Frazer of Carmel;
Step-daughter - Susan (Ben) Lukacek of Richmond;
Grandsons - Cameron and Gregory Frazer of Indianapolis;
Granddaughter - Anna Lukacek of Richmond; nieces & nephews, aunts and uncles.

In addition to his parents, his first wife, Mary K. Frazer, his son, Roger Frazer and his sister, Sharon Carr, are also deceased.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday (April 3, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Pastor Jerry Mielke will officiate.� Burial will be in Elkhorn Cemetery.� Friends may call on Tuesday (April 3, 2007) from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.�
