Frank A. Martin, Jr., age 77, formerly of Richmond, died Sunday morning (April 29, 2007) at Saint Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.� He was born in Centerville, Indiana on October 2, 1929 to Frank Sr. and Myrtle Hill Martin and was a 1948 graduate of Richmond High School.� He retired in 1969 after 20 years of service with� the US Air Force where he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.� He then retired after 21 years of service with the US Post Office in Tampa, Florida.� He was a member of Holy Family Church and resided in Richmond until returning to Florida about two years ago.� His wife, Juanita Rottinghaus Martin, died on May 29, 2003.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday (May 9, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.�� Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville.� Friends may call on Tuesday (May 8, 2007) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.�
