It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Franklin Delano Richardson Jr., who left this world far too soon on October 16, 2026, at the age of 66. Frank was born in Richmond, Indiana on February 12, 1960, to Franklin Delano Richardson Sr. and Mary Ruth (Miller) Richardson. His hands-on skills and dedication made him a successful electrician. In his free time, Frank cherished simple pleasures: he loved sharing a cold beer with friends, shooting pool at the local bar, and going on long car drives. He will be missed not only by his family but also many friends.

Frank is survived by his daughter Ta'Mara Pegg; son Brian Richardson; grandchildren Ta'Layah, Dalon, Emi'Lyse, Christian, Parker, Jackson, Zachary and Carly; great-grandchild Delilahs; siblings Vickie Richardson, Jennifer Brown, Mary (Kent) Christian and Ruth Richardson; companion Mona Lisa; several nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Franklin Delano Richardson Sr. and mother, Mary Richardson.

No public services will be held at this time.
