Fred Eugene Turner, age 86, of Maryville, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2023. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on November 23, 1936 to Howard Aaron and Anna Elizabeth Pardeick Turner. Fred was a Richmond High School graduate, class of 1956 and was a home builder for most of his life. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his love and devoted wife of 64 years, Joyce French Turner; sons Joseph Turner and Cmdr. Eric Turner; daughters-in-law Theresa Fossier-Turner, Cmdr. Stacie Boudreaux Turner; grandchildren Amanda Turner Gaddy, Robert Turner, Eric Aaron Turner, Cameron Adrien Turner; great-grandchildren Lethan Gaddy, Karley Turner, Kaylee Turner, Alexander Turner and Palmer Turner. Preceded in death by parents Howard Aaron Turner and Anna Elizabeth Pardeick Turner; brothers Carl Turner, Elmer Turner, Ed Turner, Arthur Turner and Bob Turner; sisters Helen Turner Leslie, Mary Turner Ryan, Martha Turner Rouleau, Alice Turner Austerman and Evelyn Turner Williams.

Services will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday February 23, 2023. Deacon Jim Miller will officiate. Interment will immediately follow in St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery.
