Freda A. Riden passed away from our world on Sunday April 25, 2021. Born July 27, 1929 in Middletown, Indiana to Loring and Esther (Abbott) McCullough. Freda married her husband, James, on July 9, 1950 and spent most of their lives living in Cambridge City where they raised two daughters, Candy Killion of Cambridge City and Grace "Debby" Hodgins of Florida. After graduating high school, Freda worked as a receptionist at WKBV, a laboratory technician for Reid, and was a homemaker and seamstress. She attended Jacksonburg Christian Church and enjoyed singing, crocheting, sewing, reading books and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Freda is survived by her daughters Candy (Eddie) Killion and Debby (Rohn) Hodgins; grandchildren Jason (Karen) Lehman, Keith Lehman, Craig (Amanda) Lehman, Rick Lehman, Levi (Katie) Ellis, Garah (David) Cassidy, Jonas Walden, Kyle (Leah Killion) Eric (Terra) Killion; 28 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband James; grandson Kevin Lehman; siblings Joe McCullough, Loring McCullough Jr., Betty Mattheis, Mildred Dorgan, Marjorie Weilenman, Priscilla Snyder and her parents Loring and Esther McCullough.

Services for Freda will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday (April 29, 2021) at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will immediately follow at Jacksonburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Thursday (April 29, 2021) at the funeral home.
