Geoffrey P. Stiner, age 55, of Fountain City, died Wednesday evening (February 8, 2006) at his residence. He was born on October 20, 1950 in Elwood, Indiana to Paul and Maureen Plackard Stiner and had lived in this area most of his life. He was a graduate of Richmond High School and was a member and worship leader at Stone Valley Church. He was co-owner/operator of Fireside Mobile Homes, Inc.
Survivors include - Wife - Mary Stiner whom he married in 1972;

Sarah (Jonathan) Peacock of Richmond;
Sons - Jeremy (Kathy) Stiner of New Paris, Ohio
Daniel Stiner of Fountain City
Aaron Stiner of Richmond
Nathan Stiner of Fountain City
Mitch Stiner of Fountain City;
Mother - Maureen Stiner of Richmond
Brother - Robert Stiner of Fountain City
Sister - Cindy
Sister - Elizabeth Martin of Richmond

His father, Paul Stiner, a daughter Melissa Stiner and brother William Stiner are also deceased.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday (February 12, 2006) in Stone Valley Church (3945 Wernle Road, Richmond). His son-in-law, Rev. Anthony White, will officiate. Burial will be in Elkhorn Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday (February 12, 2006) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the church. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
