George J. Lux, age 75, of Richmond, died Wednesday (February 25, 2004) at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Richmond on December 30, 1928 to George and Katherine Lahmann Lux and had lived here all of his life. He was a graduate of Richmond High School and was a veteran of the US Army. He had worked as a dry cleaning press operator and as a clerk for Birck's Hardware. He was a member of Saint Andrew Church.
Survivors include - Sister - Ruth Johnting of Lynn, Indiana
Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Public graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday (February 28, 2004) in Saint Andrew Cemetery. There will be no public calling. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. www.riggle-waltermann.com
