Georgianna K. Gibson, age 63, of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (September 16, 2009) at Westpark Healthcare Center in Indianapolis. She was born in Richmond on February 22, 1946 to Howard and Ruth Hale and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and a retired employee of Morrison-Reeves Library. Georgianna was an active member of Saint Andrew Church where she also participated with the RCIA and CRHP programs and was a volunteer with Birthright. She was a Franciscan Associate (Oldenburg). Survivors include three sons - Craig (Christine) Gibson of Indianapolis, Jason (Christy) Gibson of Port Huron, Michigan, Kevin (Missie) Gibson of Beaufort, South Carolina; 5 grandchildren. A son, Brian Gibson, and a sister are also deceased. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday (September 19, 2009) in Saint Andrew Church. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday (September 18, 2009) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
