Harold W. "Bobby" Kelley, age 65, of Richmond, died at his residence on Thursday morning (July 21, 2011) He was born in Irvine, Kentucky on December 26, 1945 and had lived here most of his life. He was a US Army veteran of the Viet Nam War and was a retired 34 year employee of Belden. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include his wife - Joann Kelley; sons - Robert Kelley of Columbus, Indiana, Kevin Kelley of Burksville, Kentucky, daughter - Karen Sue Kelley of Richmond; stepchildren - Scott Warmouth of Florida and Michele Diller of Fort Wayne; brother - Cecil Kelley of Richmond, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (July 26, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Paul Mingus will officiate. Burial will be in Jacksonburg Cemetery.
