Homer Ingram, 86, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025. He was born on March 1, 1939, in McKee, Kentucky, to loving parents who preceded him in death, along with eight of his siblings.

Homer is survived by his son, Scott (Francie) Ingram; his daughter, Lora Ingram; grandchildren, Hannah (Rod) Settles, Sean (Kelly) Ingram, and Rachel Ingram; great-grandchildren, Beaumont Settles, Miriam Ingram, Eliza Ingram, and another little one on the way; as well as his brother, Boyd Ingram.

He retired proudly from Richmond Power & Light in 1999 after 37 ½ years of dedicated service. Outside of work, Homer found joy in working on cars, relaxing on his front porch swing, and his daily visits to McDonald's for coffee, where he no doubt shared stories and laughter with friends.

Homer was known for his big heart and generous spirit. He gave freely of his time and kindness, touching the lives of all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the love of his family and the many memories he created with them.
