Howard C. Dailey Jr., 91 years old, passed away peacefully at his residence on November 15, 2024. Howard was born August 8, 1933 in Rochester, NY to Howard C. Dailey and Geraldine (Ford) Dailey.
Howard served four active years and four inactive years in the United States Air Force. He was well known for his precise and mechanical abilities working as head inspector at NATCO for 27 years retiring from Knowles Tool Co. in 1998.
He married Nancy Hieger (who survives) on January 24, 1958 and they enjoyed 66 years together. They are proud parents of three children, Stephen Dailey, Darren Dailey and Karen (Greg) Smith; grandchildren Shawn Hamilton, Christy Radulewicz, Chad Dailey and Ashley (Jose) Morales; nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was an avid reader, enjoyed mowing his yard, tractors; especially antique ones, tools and anything mechanical.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sharon Dailey Beyer.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday November 19, 2024 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. A public visitation will be held prior to the service on Tuesday from 11:00 am until the start of the service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
