James E. Hanley, age 74, of Richmond, died Friday morning (February 13, 2009) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on October 27, 1934 and had lived here all of his life. His mother, Violet Hanley, died on January 11, 2009. Survivors include his sons - Todd Hanley of Richmond, Joseph Noelker, Jr. of Richmond; sister - Kareen Webb of Centerville; 2 grandchildren and a nephew. A brother, Robert Hanley, is also deceased. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday (February 17, 2009) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Lynn Morey will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
