Obituary

James R. "Jay" Jack, age 62, of Richmond, died Saturday (March 19, 2005) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Greenfield, Indiana on April 1, 1942 to Joseph and Cora Jack and had lived in this area since 1976. He was a veteran of the US Army and was a former employee of Johns Manville. He was an alumna of the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Knightstown and he was a member of the Living Word Christian Fellowship. His wife, Rosemary Jack, died May 21, 2004.

Daughter - Jody L. Jack of Greenfield, Indiana
Sisters - Wilma Liveley of Tennessee
Sharon Polikoff of Boonville, Indiana
Judy Kingsbury of Reelsville, Indiana
Brothers - Pete Jack of Greenfield, Indiana
Rolland Jack of Greenfield, Indiana
Max Jack of Georgia
Nieces & Nephews
A sister is also deceased.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday (March 22, 2005) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Dr. M. Steven Ross will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday (March 22, 2005) from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. www.riggle-waltermann.com
