Jane K. Mosier, age 78, passed away Tuesday (May 5, 2020) in Syracuse, Indiana. She was born at home in Economy, Indiana on September 15, 1941 to Charles E. and Mary Catherine Myers McCord. She married Howard Leroy Mosier on November 26, 1959 and enjoyed 58 years of marriage until his death on October 12, 2018. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Jane is survived by her children Larry (Jenni) Mosier and Julie (Gary) Kyle; daughter-in-law Samantha Mosier; grandchildren Heather Darter, Travis Mosier, Zach Mosier, Nick Mosier, Danielle Onstott, Kaitlyn Mosier, Emily Bowers, Danielle Schattel, Nicole Thompson, Jesika Shepard, Jimmy Kyle and Travis Kyle; great-grandchildren Haylee and Landon Darter, Max Mosier, Harrison and Crosby Bowers, Keaton and Ella Schattel, Tabitha Onstott and Baby Wilson on the way; brother Charles (Marcella) McCord; twin sister Joan Hicks and sister Judy McCord. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary; husband Howard Leroy Mosier; son Randy Mosier; siblings Ralph McCord, Harold "Bud" McCord, Mary Catherine Feustel, Martha Jean Mullins, Clara L. Pierce, Carolyn Swoveland, Freida Jeanette Bates and Eleanor Sue Harvey.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
