Janet L. Gardner, age 71, of Richmond, died Friday (April 12, 2013) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on July 1, 1941 to Harry Tutwaller and Freda Tutwaller Jenkins and had lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Michael Reid Gardner, died March 10, 2011. Survivors include her children, Michael (Debbie) Gardner of Richmond, Randy (Jennifer) Gardner of Richmond, Kristy (Marshall) Nelson of Centerville; sisters, Linda (Kenny) Brown of North Carolina, Bert Tipple of Richmond; 9 grandchildren, David Gardner, Megan Gardner, Katelyn Gardner, Josh Gardner, Zach Gardner, Nathan Gardner, Jonathan Nelson, Dylan Nelson, Marshall Nelson; 1 great grandchild, Troy Gardner; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, a sister, Rose Franklin, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday (April 18, 2013) in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Rev.
