Janice B. Mashmeyer, age 95, of Richmond, died Wednesday (March 29, 2006) at Golden Rule - Beverly Healthcare.� She was born in Richmond on August 26, 1910� to Howard and Edna Young Mashmeyer and had lived here all of her life.� She was a retired employee of the former Richmond Water Works and she was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her sister - Betty Brinker of Richmond;
