Jeanine M Coblentz, age 79, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (March 26, 2013) at Friends Fellowship Community. She was born in Richmond on May 25, 1933 to Herbert and Ethel Thompson Lahmann and had lived here all of her life. She was a 1951 graduate of Richmond High School. Jeanine was a homemaker and the former owner-operator of Merle Norman Cosmetics. She was a member and long-time participant in the Bible Study Fellowship. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she was also a long-time member of the choir.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Larry Coblentz; sons, Larry (Wendy) Coblentz of Colorado Springs, Colorado, David (Robyn) Coblentz of Richmond; daughters, Angela (Tom) Hamilton of Richmond, Cynthia (Alan) Boggs of Florida; brothers, Herbert (Mary) Lahmann of Richmond, Alan (Ruth) Lahmann of Richmond, Frank (Jeannie) Lahmann of New Paris; sister, Beverly (Paul) Natalie of Florida; sister-in-law, Pam Lahmann of Richmond; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews. A son, Stephen Alan Coblentz, and a brother, Harold Lahmann, are also deceased.
Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m on Saturday (March 30, 2013) in First Presbyterian Church (100 North 10th Street). Rev. David Layman will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary on Friday (March 29, 2013) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..
