Jeannette P. Nicoletta, age 84, of Richmond, died Monday evening (December 22, 2008) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on December 8, 1924 to Tony and Filomena Sena Nicoletta and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and was a retired 30 year employee of Alcoa. She was raised as a member of Saint Mary Church. Jeannette was a homemaker and a kind, sweet and generous person who loved her family. She was an avid nature lover and found great enjoyment in taking care of birds and neighborhood pets. She was very fond of the Glenn Miller Orchestra's music. Survivors include her sisters - Marie Fredricks of Richmond and Helen Hilligoss of Centerville; nieces and nephews. Three brothers and a sister are also deceased. Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. There will be no public visitation.
