Jeffery Alan McAdams, age 56, of Richmond, died unexpectedly Thursday morning (March 11, 2010) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on June 21, 1953 to Herbert and Patty Varner McAdams and had lived here most of his life. He had worked for Hoffco/Comet Inc. Survivors include his children - Shane McAdams of North Carolina, Chris McAdams of Richmond, Jason McAdams of Richmond; father - Herb McAdams of Richmond; sister - Bonnie McCurdy of Richmond, brothers - Jamie McAdams of Syracuse, Indiana; David McAdams of Richmond, nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, a brother, Steven McAdams, is also deceased A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 pm on Sunday (March 21, 2010) at the residence (2800 South "E" Street). Pastor Steve Abernathy will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Belle Center, Ohio. Friends may call on Sunday (March 21, 2010) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the residence.
