Jeffery G. O'Conner, age 55, passed away on Monday (January 19, 2015) at Reid Hospital. He was born on June 2, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio to Jess and Jean Lipscomb and had lived in this area for the past year. Jeffery was a nurse practitioner who loved cats, reading, and watching movies. He had a great sense of humor and was the definition of catty. Survivors include his husband Lance O'Conner; son Justin (Rachel) Lipscomb; and ex wives Mary and Patricia Lipscomb. He is preceded in death by his parents. No services are planned at this time.
